At ngAstro, we’re rethinking what’s possible with Alt-Az mounted telescopes.

Our mission is to develop innovative, high-precision systems that expand the astrophotography capabilities of these often-overlooked platforms. Through advanced modeling, advanced hardware and software control systems, and deep integration with control frameworks like ASCOM Alpaca, we aim to unlock long-exposure imaging on Alt-Az mounts — without wedges, flips, or compromises.

We’re currently in the prototyping and validation phase, with promising results and real sky data guiding our path.
